Invite teammates from Dashboard → Organizations → your workspace.
Ungate ops with VAs
Licensed BunnyScan workspaces include an ungate ops board (/dashboard/ungate):
- Light scan a storefront and open the Approval queue tab.
- Export approval CSV for offline work or Add to ungate queue in bulk.
- Assign each request to a VA on the request detail page.
- VAs filter My queue on the ungate board and record Approved/Denied when Amazon responds.
Invoice uploads do not count toward scan activity.
Shared history
Storefront scans, wholesale uploads, and ungate requests are scoped to the workspace — all members see the same history (subject to plan gates).
