Terms of Service
About the operator
BunnyScan is a software product owned and operated by Urban Rivet, Inc., a U.S.-based technology company specializing in e-commerce analytics and seller tools. Urban Rivet, Inc. provides data-driven software solutions that help Amazon sellers analyze storefronts, evaluate product opportunities, and make informed sourcing decisions.
In these Terms of Service ("Terms"), "BunnyScan," "we," "our," and "us" mean Urban Rivet, Inc. in connection with the BunnyScan platform.
1. Introduction
These Terms govern your access to and use of BunnyScan (the "Services"), reverse-sourcing software for Amazon sellers, delivered as a licensed installation with managed hosting and support.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any license agreement, order form, or statement of work ("License Agreement") between you and Urban Rivet, Inc. If a License Agreement conflicts with these Terms on a licensed-installation matter (fees, term, support, or deployment), the License Agreement controls for that matter.
If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use BunnyScan.
3. License grant
Subject to these Terms, your License Agreement, and payment of applicable license fees, Urban Rivet, Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes during the license term.
You may not:
- Sublicense, resell, or host the Services for unrelated third parties without our written consent
- Use the Services to build or operate a competing product
- Circumvent technical limits, access controls, or deployment restrictions
Each subscription includes the full platform, the starter storefront library, the Chrome extension, and analysis included under fair use as described in our Billing Policy.
Access requires both a lifetime license on your account and an active monthly plan to keep your account active. If you cancel your monthly plan, your lifetime license remains on your account, but platform access pauses until you restart your monthly plan.
4. Your account
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials secure
- All activity under your account and workspace
- Providing accurate and current information
- Maintaining valid third-party credentials required to use the Services (including Amazon SP-API and Keepa, where applicable)
We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or your License Agreement.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use BunnyScan only for lawful purposes and in compliance with:
- These Terms and your License Agreement
- Amazon SP-API and Seller Central policies
- Keepa and other third-party provider terms
- Applicable laws and regulations
You may not:
- Reverse engineer or copy the platform except as permitted by law
- Interfere with system integrity or security
- Misuse Amazon SP-API or Keepa data
- Use the Services in a way that violates Amazon marketplace rules
6. Third-party integrations
Amazon SP-API
If you connect Amazon Seller Central or provide SP-API credentials, you authorize us to access and process Amazon data solely to provide the Services. We do not modify your Amazon account data except as directed by features you use.
You are responsible for maintaining valid SP-API authorization and complying with Amazon's developer and data-use policies.
Keepa and other providers
Where you supply a Keepa API key or other third-party credentials, you represent that you are authorized to use them and that your use complies with those providers' terms. BunnyScan uses your Keepa API key to pull accurate Amazon data. We process that data only to deliver the Services.
7. Payments
License fees, payment schedules, and support terms are set out in your License Agreement. Payments are processed securely through Stripe (or another processor we designate) on behalf of Urban Rivet, Inc.
All sales are final. Before checkout you must confirm required purchase acknowledgments in the app. License and monthly fees are non-refundable, including mistaken or accidental purchases, as described in our Refund Policy.
The in-app dashboard does not sell tier upgrades or usage add-on packs. Billing in the app is limited to subscription management, invoices, and payment history through the Stripe customer portal.

8. Intellectual property
All content, software, branding, and features within BunnyScan are owned by Urban Rivet, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of your business data. You grant us the rights necessary to host, process, and display that data to provide the Services.
You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the platform except as expressly permitted.
9. Privacy
Your use of BunnyScan is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.
10. Service availability
We aim to provide reliable uptime for managed hosting but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued with reasonable notice when practicable.
Planned maintenance, third-party outages (including Amazon SP-API or Keepa), and factors outside our reasonable control may affect availability.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
- You violate these Terms or your License Agreement
- License fees are unpaid after notice and any grace period
- You misuse Amazon SP-API or other integrated data
- Required by Amazon, a payment processor, or applicable law
You may stop using the Services at the end of your license term or as provided in your License Agreement.
Upon termination, your license ends and we may disable access to the hosted installation, subject to data-export or retention obligations in your License Agreement and Privacy Policy.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
BunnyScan is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee sourcing outcomes, Amazon approvals, profitability, or third-party API availability.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Urban Rivet, Inc. is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data
- Damages exceeding the license fees you paid in the twelve (12) months before the claim
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located in Wyoming, except where your License Agreement specifies alternate dispute resolution.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this site and update the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Material changes to licensed installations may also be communicated through your License Agreement or account contact email.

Billing Policy
About the operator
BunnyScan is operated by Urban Rivet, Inc., a U.S.-based technology company. License and monthly fees are collected through Stripe on behalf of Urban Rivet, Inc.
This Billing Policy explains how billing, payments, hosting, and support work for BunnyScan. By using the platform, you agree to this policy as well as our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.
1. Pricing — lifetime license + monthly plan
BunnyScan is sold as $199 one-time to unlock your lifetime license, plus $29/month to keep your account active and cover ongoing platform upkeep.
All sales are final. License and monthly fees are non-refundable, including mistaken purchases. Before Stripe checkout, you must confirm pricing, recurring billing, policies, and that your purchase is intentional.
While your monthly plan is active, your account includes:
- Full platform access (storefront scans, wholesale workflows, ungate tracking, team workspaces, priority queueing, and related capabilities)
- The starter storefront library
- The Chrome extension
- Analysis included with your plan for normal product use under fair use
There are no subscription tiers or add-on packs sold through the dashboard.
2. Payment terms
The lifetime license fee and monthly plan are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Urban Rivet, Inc. to charge your designated payment method according to the plan shown at checkout.
Charges appear from Urban Rivet, Inc. (or a Stripe statement descriptor we configure for BunnyScan).
At checkout, you typically pay the lifetime license fee plus the first month together. Monthly billing continues until you cancel through the Stripe customer portal.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your monthly plan at any time through the Stripe customer portal linked from the dashboard Billing page.
If you cancel:
- Your lifetime license stays on your account, but platform access pauses until you restart your monthly plan.
- You do not lose your lifetime license by canceling the monthly plan.
- Fees already paid are handled under our Refund Policy.
4. What the in-app billing page is for
The dashboard Billing page shows:
- Your subscription status
- Analysis usage summary (included with your plan)
- A link to the Stripe customer portal for invoices, payment method updates, and cancellation
Plan changes and cancellation are managed through the Stripe portal linked from Billing.
5. Payment methods and failed payments
We accept major credit and debit cards and other methods supported by Stripe.
If a scheduled payment fails:
- We or Stripe may retry the charge
- You may receive email notifications
- Access may enter a grace period while payment is retried
- Platform access may be paused if payment is not resolved
Access is restored once outstanding fees are paid or you restart your monthly plan.
6. Analysis usage
Your plan includes analysis for standard use of storefront scans, ASIN analysis, wholesale processing, competition checks, and related features described in your documentation.
A new analysis run counts when you request it. Viewing, filtering, sorting, or exporting existing results does not.
7. Third-party costs you provide
Your BunnyScan fees cover the platform and managed hosting. You are responsible for separate third-party services and fees, including:
- Amazon SP-API / Seller Central requirements
- Keepa — BunnyScan uses your Keepa API key to pull accurate Amazon data; your Keepa plan and fees are between you and Keepa
- Any other integrations you enable
Those providers' terms and billing are between you and the provider.
8. Support
Support scope and response expectations are described on our FAQ and in your account communications.
All subscribers receive email support at support@bunnyscan.com. FAQ, documentation, and policy pages on the site are available for self-serve help.
9. Taxes
Depending on your location, applicable taxes (such as VAT, GST, or sales tax) may be added to fees. Tax treatment is determined by your billing address, entity type, and local regulations.
10. Pricing changes
Future pricing for new customers may change. Existing customers continue at their current rate until they cancel or we notify you of a change permitted under our Terms.
We will communicate pricing changes in advance through email or in-app notice where required.
11. Disputes and chargebacks
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support@bunnyscan.com before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
Unauthorized or erroneous chargebacks may result in suspension of access while the dispute is investigated.
12. Relationship to Stripe
Stripe processes payments on our behalf. Stripe's handling of payment data is also subject to Stripe's privacy policy and terms. We do not store full payment card numbers on BunnyScan servers.

Refund Policy
About the operator
Refunds and billing disputes for BunnyScan are handled by Urban Rivet, Inc., the operator of the platform.
All sales are final. BunnyScan license and monthly fees are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. By completing checkout — including after confirming the required acknowledgments in the app — you agree to the following:
1. All sales are final
Unless your License Agreement or applicable law states otherwise:
- All lifetime license fees, monthly plan fees, renewal fees, and related charges are final and non-refundable
- This includes mistaken purchases, accidental checkout, buyer remorse, and charges you later claim were made in error
- Partial periods, unused time, unused features, and unused hosting capacity are not refundable
Before payment, you must confirm pricing, recurring billing, policies, and that your purchase is intentional. Those confirmations are part of your agreement to purchase.
2. No refunds for third-party or customer-side issues
We do not issue refunds for:
- Failure to use the Services during an active monthly plan
- Misunderstanding of features or workflows after purchase
- Incorrect account, Amazon, or Keepa configuration on your side
- Inability to access or operate Amazon Seller Central
- Changes in your business needs
- Third-party outages (including Amazon SP-API, Keepa, or Seller Central)
- Temporary downtime or performance issues where we make reasonable efforts to restore service
3. Discretionary exceptions
In rare cases, Urban Rivet, Inc. may issue a partial refund, account adjustment, or billing extension at our sole discretion. Any exception does not create an obligation to provide future refunds and does not change the all-sales-final policy for other customers.
4. Cancellation and access after cancellation
Cancellation and post-cancellation access are governed by your License Agreement and Billing Policy.
- Your lifetime license stays on your account, but platform access pauses until you restart your monthly plan
- Canceling your monthly plan does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid
- Full platform access and analysis included with your active monthly plan are not refundable balances
- Data export or deletion after access pauses is handled as described in your License Agreement and Privacy Policy
5. Chargebacks and payment disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute — including claiming a mistaken purchase after confirming checkout acknowledgments — may violate our Terms of Service and may result in:
- Immediate suspension of platform access
- Permanent termination of the license relationship
If you believe a charge was made in error, email support@bunnyscan.com with your organization name, invoice or payment reference, and a description of the issue before opening a dispute.
